Aeration & Overseeding

What's included?

Lawn aeration and overseeding is the process of removing small cores of soil to relieve soil compaction and facilitate the penetration of water, air, and nutrients to the roots. As well as planting new grass seed over existing turf to promote a thicker and healthier lawn.

• When these cores are brought up by machine, we leave them on the lawn due to the many key microorganisms they hold. To achieve the best appearance of your lawn, we recommend scheduling this service annually, with options available in either the spring or fall.
